I love my sleeve!
I had a couple of tough weeks. I went to Vegas and then Sweden and fell hard back into sugar -- and I mean hard! I was out of control and very concerned. I gained ~4 lbs.
I was determined to get back on track. I gotta say it is SO MUCH EASIER to get back on track with my sleeve. I went back to basics and am comfortably eating ~800 calories per day and 110+ g protein per day. My protein doesn't need to be so high, but I'm staying away from the carbs for a bit (aside from sweet potatoes & 1 serving of berries per day).
I know before I would fall off track and getting back on was so hard. I would really need to starve a bit to shrink my belly back down. I know I didn't stretch it out or anything, I just over indulged with sugar. But man -- this is a just a rambling post. Oh and the 4 lbs are gone as well as one of their friends :)
The sleeve doesn't make it easy, but it does make it POSSIBLE!
I love it!
end ramble :)
Super fantastic!

That is awesome. I never thought about trying to get in more than 70grams of protein. Might need to give that a shot. What are your staple proteins at this point in the journey?
