Thank YOU for your service to our country.  & DANG you look AMAZING!  I'm sorry you've had a tough time this past year & I pray for things to improve in your life.  I am very inspired by your weight loss & fitness commitment.  I too am about your height & my goal is also 160 - I'll get there.  You have done an amazing job & again I can not say thank you enough for serving our country.

Thank you very much. Yes indeed this year was very tough for me.  My dad developed lung cancer and I lost my mom to colon cancer in April.  I have had to keep things together for my family and during it all I realized that I didn't fall into my normal "crutches" no more wallowing in self-pity, no more falling into deep depression, and most of all no more binge eating to forget about all the pain.  Through it all I am proud of the way I have been able to stay positive through all of the negatives...

What an amazing transformation! You have super powers for not deviating from your WL goals with everything youve been through - ive been dealing with chronic pain and it sucks the life out of me. Way to gooo!!
