I couldn't tell you for sure. In all honesty I didn't want to have to worry if I was getting g enough or too much of anything so I simply bought the Bariatric Advantage Multi that includes iron. I only have to take that and calcium, plus some extra vitamin D, and not have to think about it too much. I felt they are very reasonably priced. I got them online for I think $49 for 3 month supply. I got them from bariatric pantry.com because I was getting samples of shakes and I got free shipping. Good luck!
Those are woefully incomplete. I forget the exact number of vitamins and minerals that we need since I'm not at my computer, but I think it's 28. Those have 13. Completely not acceptable.

Oh OK. I was looking at the percentages. Totally didn't know that I should be looking at the quantities/types of vitamins too. Thanks for the heads-up GwenMo.

Sure thing. The ASMBS says we need a vitamin with 100% of "most" vitamins and minerals. Some you can skip like sodium and fluoride, since we get those elsewhere. :)

Well lady I am not sure on this but I will tell you that the first 6 months I was taking some multivitamins for women by ALIVE. Test results came back with EVERYTHING LOW... I found some bariactric multivitamins at the Vitamin Shoppe for about 25 bucks. I do FEEL a bit better since taking those for the last 3 weeks. I also take extra Vitamin D, hair, skin and nail gummies and extra B12.
Now I just have to up my iron but it keeps upsetting my TINY TUMMY!!! Doc wants me to take 65mg of iron 2x DAILY now. I was wondering why I was super tired.
