Finally made 5k!

VSG on 03/13/14

I've been walking on the treadmill since a week post op. First I worked on reaching an hour, then I started working on increasing speed. Then I started adding running segments. Today, for the first time, I finally made it to 3.1 miles during my allotted time! Oh happy day!!

Now I need to work on reaching 3.1 earlier in my workout and going even farther :)
