Breakfast - chicken salad

lunch - enchilada casserole

dinner - pesto chicken and roasted zucchini

vitamins - on track

water - on track

exercise - recumbent bike - later

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

1: frankenshake
2: tuna pouch
2.5: small popcorn bag from graze
3: eggs, bacon, cheese, salsa - served in tortillas for the guys (This is the only food I have in the house, don't want to shop, also don't want to eat out. I'll meal plan and shop tomorrow.)

water and vites: slow start, but I should be on track for everything if I pay attention
exercise: 60 minutes yoga - 15 min morning stretches for back, 15 min twist & align for back, 15 min lower back, hips & glutes for back, 15 min beginner relaxation
