Been A LONG Time Since I've Posted Anything............
Welcome back! It sounds like you've got a really solid plan for going forward. And yard work is TOTALLY exercise. And can definitely be strenuous. I'm going to be put to work hauling stone and pruning next week in my parents' yard and I'm sure I'll feel as pooped as I do after pilates or a run. If not more so :D

Thank you.........nice to be back. Yes, yard work can be a great workout -- but I'm not hauling stones! I'm just fiddling with my veggies and flowers and riding a "tractor" to cut my grass...........the biggest job is all the weed whacking! You're doing so well with your weight loss! I'm totally impressed -- WTG!!! Keep up the great jpb!

Its so good to hear from you. I've thought of you many times over the past months. I am so glad your cancer is in check and that you are doing well. Sometimes gaining weight is the right thing to do. Your body has been thru a lot. there will be time to lose weight in the future.
many blessings,
Carol

Awww........you're just so kind and sweet. Thank you very much. I feel like a walking miracle. The surgery they did is seldom done and the way they had to do it was extremely rare -- so I've been told. The scars are hideous, but at 67, I'm not too worried about a bikini anyway Hahaha!!!
You've done so well......be proud of yourself!

Thanks for your support! Means a lot. And, yes, I'm a-hangin! Isn't that how we all have to be going through with our programs and doing the best we can using the tools we have now :-) And we are so lucky to have bariatric surgery to help us, right?

Sweet Elina..........yes, thank you, things are going quite well now. No, I'm not stressing too much over the extra pounds........they will come off once I get my head on straight again. Those months of being threatened with a feeding tube unless I stopped losing weight meant eating things that would stay down **** cream, ice cream, and more ice cream). It messed with my brain, for sure, but I'm working on getting my mind tidy again and getting my tuchas in gear and working out more when I can. Those pounds are getting kicked to the curb!! As always, thank you for your support and your friendship.
