Calcium Citrate
I went to Menard's today with my mom and uncle and was there for 45 minutes and racked up some steps. Love Menard's! Anyway, I founf out that they have protein powder and suuplements. I found this product http://www.obesityhelp.com/photos/album/181609/877949 it is Good Sense Calcium Citrate+ with Vitamin D for $4.99 (630 mg calcium citrate) in coated caplet form.
Is it OK to take coated caplets? Is this the right kind of calcium? I read the ingrediants and I didn't see carbonate listed anywhere. I am running out of my BA wild cherry chewables and want to use these as a plan B.

Calcium citrate is the correct kind of calcium for us. Coated pills are fine, although the ASMBS recommends chewables for the first 3-6 months.
You'd still need to take 2-3 a day, spaced at least 2 hours apart.

Thanks Gwen. I might get a couple bottles to keep on hand. I don't like running out of things.

Most likely it's 630 mg for TWO tablets, so you'd need to take about six a day.
