Leftover flank steak (2oz.) and a half a slice of cheese w/maintenance mayo.
Eating this now....So easy and so so tasty !!!

If you notice I have kept my portions small even at 5 years, new post-ops in WL may eat more in "quantity", I choose to increase "content".
There is someone on this board promoting that "calories don't matter"...... if you want to believe that.... go for it !!!
I say calories "do matter" and maintenance is much more about calories than anything else.

During WL I was in the 600-800 cal range...... was only in the 800-1000 range for a couple months during early maintenance.
My range the last 3 years is 1200-1500
I never used a tracking website or app.(although I strongly recommend them****ep track meal by meal.
