Busy busy..... lunch plans got messed up, I'm on my own back at my workshop (not my main set-up)

Subway, Mexican, Cafe Fu ****20 sandwich place) pizza and a couple of other rather pretty good places (can eat clean).

Went to my fav grocery store and bought $3 worth of BBQ pork, a small wedge of brie$3 and a romaine heart $.69

Here is a pic of my lunch on a paper plate on my shop floor.

Unfortunately most germs and bacteria are not visible to the naked eye.  If you wear shoes to walk on a street, then walk inside on a floor, you'd be surprised at the contents that adheres to the soles.

I have to be honest.  Seeing a plate of food on the floor is disconcerting to me.  I couldn't eat it.

Great pertinent info if it was a part of the floor that has foot traffic and not displayed art .... thanks!

While the floor does look clean enough to eat off of, wouldn't it be better to eat at a table?

Frisco~ this fills you up?  Did you ever feel like you reached a point where you were able to eat more than you know you should?  I am apps 15 mod out and have noticed I'm eating more than what I did prior.  You being so successful and a veteran, can you steer me to the promise land??!!  I need to get back to where I was eating like your pic above.  You are a wonderful example for the rest of us.  Thank you for the inspiration & God Bless!!

Thanks for the props !

I just past the 5 year mark and will not claim success till ever I think????

The promise land??? I'm still looking for it, I think I'm on the right road and have veered off several times and have seen people get lost.

Does this fill me up?

- No, my capacity is a larger than that.

Can I be "satisfied" with that?..... Yes

At just past 5 years out my restriction is just about the same as 6-8 months out. I can attribute this to two major things...... a very tight sleeve to begin with and under eating my capacity.

So, a couple things about the above meal...... "for me"

I was very busy and on the move. I took the time to "get" the proper foods, but I didn't have the time to eat the proper foods slowly.

If I know I'm going to have to eat faster than normal...... I eat less than normal.

The other thing is "content", the above foods are very low in carbs, but very high in fat calories..... don't get me wrong, I'm all about fats/flavor and not afraid of them but you have to watch the caloric content also.

There is someone on this forum saying that "calories don't matter"....... I don't believe that for a second, not a good long term strategy...... at least for me/most.

Hope this helps !
