November Sleever's?

Not sure of the date yet.  In late November.  From where I started on June 16th, I want to get 142 lbs. off.  I'm down 37 already, while preparing for it.

I'm November 18th! Excited and scared, too! I weigh 244. Start the two week diet on November 4th. I have been trying to lose since I decided to do this in June and haven't lost a pound. I did quit smoking on July 5th so that's one positive change already. Hope I lose during the pre-op diet. Right now I keep eating like I'll never eat again. I've got to get a handle on this. Congrats on quitting smoking. I know a lot of people who try and quit and just can't. :) My diet is only for 2 days before surgery. I am totally thankful for. Have you thought about what your having for your last dinner? 

Why is your diet only 2 days before. .mine is 2 weeks and I'm starving.

I honestly don't know, my doctor feels like 10 days is cruel to his patients and feels like 2 days before surgery is just as effective as 10-14 or whatever. I am blessed to only go through 2 days. 

I am sorry you're starving. What are you allowed to eat, what are you eating?

I am eating two protein shakes, broth, yogurt, and unsweetened applesauce and of course water. I'm just so hungry. I don't know if I can last another week. Is like starvation.
