Maintenance pics - almost 3 yrs post-op
Dang iPad won't let me put them in this thread, but I finally have some updated photos, all maintenance. Ranging within 5 pounds.
Maintenance is not a cake-walk, don't delude yourself into thinking so. Weight loss is not a quick-fix for all of life's problems, don't delude yourself into thinking so. Maintenance takes daily work and effort (to some extent and some days are better than others) but boy is it worth it. I'm living again, I'm healthy, I'm active. My VSG is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Hope this helps someone!

Good job Emily!!! So happy that you are doing well. Keep working the heck out of it and you will keep the results. Like brushing your teeth or bathing - we can get away with a night or two but honey the build up shows
