Thanks! It is super fascinating to me how different thanksgiving eating is now than it used to be. I actually have zero compulsion to eat the way I used to, no urge to have seconds, none of that. I did have green bean casserole for lunch today, but that's okay. I know that I'll resume my normal way of eating tomorrow and that the holidays did not derail me :)
