Tuesday is one of my busiest days of the week at work so I always know when it is that dreaded day. 

B: Egg, Chili and Cheese scramble

S1: Protein Shake

L: Mediterranean Chicken Breast

D: Chili

W & V: on track

Exercise: done!

B: scrambled egg with cheese,  bacon,  few homefries

S: iced coffee

D: herb crusted pork tenderloin with roasted eggplant,  asparagus and mushrooms

That protein sounds crazy and, um, maybe something not to use in the future?  Was it loaded with caffeine or something?!

66mg so not a ton, but it did have some other stuff. It is intended as a workout supplement. I think I will save it for pre-work out to give me a boost.

Breakfast - crustless cauliflower and ham quiche

Lunch - Pulled pork

Lunch 2 - meatballs

Dinner - clam chowder, salad and bread (1/2 slice) Dinner at a friends house.

vitamins - done

water - ok

exercise - recumbent bike, as always
