I haven't looked at the program yet so this is just off the top of my head but sounds like you could easily tweak it with real food and shakes. It may even last you longer than the 30 days if the meals can be used for 2 meals for you. Just add a protein in with some of the left over veggies and boom you have a whole new meal. Throw in some lean sausage with the veggie breakfast and you have a good protein and veg. Add your nuts in with some of the veggies and you have another meal. This could last you a couple of months with a few minor additions. If I didn't have to cook for hubby I'd go for it!
I agree. My plan is to cut the meals in half to have them last a month with supplementation with shakes to help make up the difference where necessary. This way it provides 2 weeks for the hubby if he is interested or a 2 month program for me if desired. If I can stretch it to 2 months then it is ridiculously worth it!

I almost did that too on the bariatric advantage website. Then realized you can get Smart Ones on sale for a dollar and once I get to eating real food that is what I will do if I don't feel like cooking anything to complicated. Besides the one I looked at out of the 4 week plan it had 12 boxes out of 20 were shakes. That's like two shakes a day and personally it is difficult for me to drink one. I get my protein other ways. As for your allergies be careful maybe they will give you a refund of at least substitute for what you can't eat.
Hi .. it's been awhile since this post, I was just wondering how it worked out, did you have enough protein choices to make it worth while? Were you able to split some of the servings into two meals like you hoped ? Everything taste good?
Sorry for all the questions lol, it seemed like a great idea and handy for those days you just don't want to deal with cooking
