Seems like we're all glad to have the holidays behind us!!
I see some interesting chicken recipes I'm going to try - Chicken Lombardy and Sticky Coconut Chicken- both sound delicious! I did make some crockpot chicken yesterday - was not great, but it will get me through the week. Made some fish last week that was tasty, so I'll be adding that to my weekly menus.
I got an invitation for a family get-together at the end of August. Haven't seen the family for about a year and a half, so I'm looking forward to that -- will have to buy a "new used" outfit at my local thrift store. Love shopping now, but way to soon to buy "new" stuff. And I actually came across a pair of black shoes I can comfortably wear - I've been wearing sneakers only for about four years!
