My hsuband said he has the receipt, and he got it from bestbuy. The problem is I destroyed the box when I tried to open it. I am going to try though... other than I just read you can't take the Charge in the shower. Has your husband done this by chance? This is a deal breaker for me. I would rather check the flex via my phone and not worry about the shower thing, then use a Charge and have to take it on and off every day.

He does take it off to shower, but it hasn't been a problem. You don't need the box or any of the accessories to send it back. Good luck!

That is a deal breaker for me. I am super ADHD and I will absolutely either forget to take it off or forget to put it back on. I think I will be sticking with the Flex then unless the HR version can handle the shower. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond!

I am waiting for the Charge HR which has a heart monitor. It is $149 and supposed to come out this month I think. Will sell my Flex and bands on Ebay.

I had a One and got a Flex for Christmas. I agree with you about the lack of display being annoying. Fortunately (or unfortunately, as the case may be) I have my phone with me all the time so I check my status on that.

Mine is only updating to my phone if I am near my computer. Never thought to check to see if I have my bluetooth turned off... but it will suck if I can't get it to update at work when I return.
