Hello all I had my sleeve surgery in 4/2011. My journey has been great but. I have gained weight though I don't regret having my surgery.

I abused the tool that was given to me.

Hope to hear and help others.

XOXO

Thank you for posting here! Tell us a bit more about your experience - what worked for you and what didn't? What are you doing now to lose the regain? Was there a period of time that you maintained your goal weight?

You've posted a few times over the years about weight gain. Are you posting because you've started trying to lose the weight gain? Or something else? I'm a little confused by this post and the subject line!

I feel for you, I haven't had the VSG yet, but I've taken my time researching, even extending my nutrition to over a year so that I can get this right. What about going back to the nutritionist to be re-educated on proper diet for the VSG. Do you still have restriction? Wishing you the best in whatever you decide.
