It took about 60 pounds before I changed sizes and then I didn't remain in the next few sizes long at all.

I have always tended to lose weight top first then bottom. Both before and after surgery. But I've found that my shape changes even if the scale isn't moving. Over the summer, despite fighting with the same 5 pounds over and over again, I went from Size 10 pants to Size 8. Yet never really lost those 5. Now, they're gone and the 8s are getting big, but....

It will all come off. It really took about 60 pounds for people to notice on me because I hid my weight well.

Keep on losing!

I'm apparently very dense. I can wear a size 10 within a range of 20lb, and the range is even larger when I was heavier. The smaller I got, the faster I needed new pants.

Also worth noting-- it can be really obvious when you need a smaller shirt, but you can wear slightly-baggy pants for longer, especially with a belt!
