How to eat natural foods?

Avoiding processed foods is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself. My only suggestion is to NOT focus on low fat/fat free. You want to eat foods with high protein value and low-carb (at least low simple carb). Fat isn't as much as a concern anymore.

I read the post the same as you at first, but upon a second reading I think the OP is including low fat/fat free things in the list of things wouldn't eat.

Yes! Sorry to confuse. I'm more so looking to eat food the way it's intended. I know for example, salad dressings when they are fat free, there may be more sugar to make up for the taste. I'm not really a fan of overprocessed, artificial foods. The past couple of years ive been trying to eat as healthy, and natural as I can! Thank you all for your responses!
