Once your BMI is below 35, you no longer qualify for wls, so unless you're paying cash to an unscrupulous surgeon in Mexico, your options will be quite limited.

If you are at your goal, you probably won't qualify for surgery. Insurance companies generally don't pay for surgery unless you have a BMI of 40+, or between 35 - 40 with comorbidities (sleep apnea, diabetes, etc.). Surgeons usually won't do a surgery unless the patient meets those same BMI criteria.
