I had VSG 3/27/23 with hiatal hernia repair. My left shoulder hurts up into my neck bad any time I get air in my esophagus. Sometimes it just aches. Will it ever stop? The other surgery pains are diminishing pretty fast and I feel weak but ok otherwise. Is this normal?
I just learned that my surgeon used a 60 mm bougie for my sleeve and I noticed around 3 1/2 months my restriction was not the greatest. My surgery weight was 225 and I am 204 now 6 months post-op. Could this be the reason my loss is slow?
Can anyone make a recommendation for a DR to perform Sleeve in Ontario?

I'm sorry you're going through this. Is it possible you have a stricture? What does your doctor say?
My first meal in the mornings is always the hardest and I feel full after one bite, then have to wait a while until I can eat a normal (for me) portion.
Don't have answers but wishing you well, and congratulations on almost two years!
