Friday Weigh-in
Good morning everyone.
Another Friday. Well I have been posting for 4 weeks now. I am still maintaining within my range of 117 to 122. I have been doing this since the end of March. Exercise, building muscles
, portion control, calorie counting, taking vitamins and combination of protein first, then vegies, then fruit and finally a treat once in awhile is working! Gee everything I was taught before but could not implement or get working
. The RNY has saved my life!!

Today's weight: 154.2 (I have been eating more than usual. I need to get myself in control!!!!)

I think I was 153 last week, I can not remember because, I weigh myself daily. I dont know if that is good or bad, but it is like an addiction to me. One of the first things I do in the morning (even before my coffee) is weigh myself. I dont know why. I dont compensate for any gains or losses. I just need to see the numbers every day. Some days I weigh more than once!

Same here. I weigh first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom...Then sometimes I weigh just before I go to bed. It's always amazed me that I actually lose between 2 and 3 pounds at night...It's not so much an addiction but a curiosity for me.
The good thing about posting your weight each Friday is you can flip back to LAST friday and take a look at where you were. I didn't do that this week but I'm going to.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
