I made some about a month ago and it was good, and then today I decided to make some more ice cream today as I have been out for a bit.

I took the basic recipe that I have seen posted on here before from eggface, and I make a bunch of it (so i dont have to make it too often).  Anyway this time I decided to tweek the recipe a little.

I added Peanut Butter and bananas to it and made it, wow its good.

Have you made protein shake icecream or have you made any good recipies you would like to share?

I am a big fan of eggface's protein icecream.  My favorite two are peanut butter chocolate, and the chocolate coconut.   They both save me on my protein intake!!!  I also make a large batch at a time (usually enough for 6 servings, that way I only make it once or twice a week).

mines by Rival and I got it on clearance at walmart.

the recipe i use is basically 2 scoops of protein powder and 1 cup of milk, a little sf chocolate and a little sugar free carmel for flavor

this time i didnt use carmel i used bananas and peanut butter but the basic protein milk and sf chocolte i think can be addapted to anyones desires.

i am sure others have more links to eggfaces stuff

omg...the best ice cream I've ever had was vanilla swirled with peanut butter and crunchy chocolate flakes....unfortunately it wasn't diet so like a zillion calories per serving and lots of sugar :(
Perhaps I should give this a try...bananas are my favorite!  Do you have a link to the recipie by any chance?

To make the Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate PS Ice Cream:
(ps remember this is for a large container of ice cream like 3quarts)

6 cups milk (seporated 1cup and 5 cups)
12 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup peanut butter
2 bananas
8tbls SF chocolate sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract

In my mini blender i used one cup milk and i cup peanut butter to mix to liquify the peanut butter (no clumps no peanut butter all in the bottom) after i mixed that i dumped that in a large mixing bowl, chopped up 2 bananas put them in the mini guy and blended them up (like baby food yumm) mixed those two added the other 5 cups of milk and scooped in 12 scoops protein powder.  Added the sf chocolate and the vanilla extract dumped it in my rival ice cream maker put the ice and the salt stuff around the outside and turned it on :D

I hope somone else makes it and likes it.  The base recipe that i found from egg face is with out the pb and banana and it had like 8tsp of sf caramel sauce.

I haven't found the protein powder I enjoy, but I have made a couple batches of ice cream with the samples. Both were chocolate peanut butter - heh...one had the peanut butter cups (pre surgery), and the other I had the other night had nothing. They're good :) I'm sure I'll enjoy them better when I find the right powder!

the protein powder i use comes from GNC and i just love it, they are great about accepting back the products that they sell so I used them because when i came home and it was icky i could give it back :)
