36 weeks post op- Down 134lbs! Photos inside.

Here are my 36 weeks post op photos. I have gone from 311lbs to 177lbs. I was in a size 26 and in this recent photo I am in a size 12 skinny jeans! Still have some more weight to lose but I'm getting there.This surgery has changed my life and I hope these photos inspire all those who are beginning this journey. I am so grateful for my second chance at life!!

Thank you so much!! I had RNY. Go big or go home right?? lol That saying is not true for everyone but its just my personality. I figured if I had to go under the knife I might as well do the one that you lose the most weight and is the most effective. It was the hardest decision Ive ever made and I was so scared to go through with it but it really works!! It was super hard in the beginning but becomes like 2nd nature with time.

Wow that is such an amazing transformation. Congrats!!!

So I am almost for months out and down from 252 to 195lbs. Do you have any suggestions to keep the weight coming off? Did you experience any hair loss?
