I must be slow...

I just saw this board and was pretty stoked to find it. Sometimes I feel out of place for being one of the younger ones to have had this surgery, although I don't think of myself as all that young... 27. I just had to say hi to everyone and telln you that I'm looking forward to hangin here more often. What a great community for us youngins!!! Just a little about me... I had this surgery in January of this year. Have lost 125 so far, which feels incredible. I've still got a lot more to loose, but what I've done so far feels pretty good. I love working out and actually feeling my body get healthier. I feel the most empowered that I have ever felt. I'm single and a condo in a town called Puyallup, which is about 50 miles south of Seattle. I work in Finance/Accounting for the government and I love it.... for the most part. That's just about it. I had my surgery 04-20-05 and am down 60lbs, I have a long way to go, just hope it continues melting away. It was nice to meet you and I will probably see you on here again.

HELLO EVERYONE, I am so happy they now have a board for people in there 2o's I am looking forward to learning from everyone and sharing expieriences. I am also knew I just started openily discussing the surgery with me friends and family even though I am and the love of my life (Para Siempre Greg) well just to let you all know a lil about me I am 24 I live in NY queens to be exact I dont have any children although I would like some soon that is the 2nd reason why I want this surgery the 1st is just to be healthy I plan on kicking up alot dust for a long long time I am the typical 24 yr old nothing special I work I am in school I hang out with my friends and I love spending time with my boyfriend (fiance) I havnt gotten use to saying that but anyway I just want to enjoy life for as long as possible I have been the BIG girl in class all of my life it wasnt for my outgoing personality I dont know what I would have done well I dont want to babble so I am going to end this now by saying LATA
