I wish to do this on a consistent basis for three months straight.
I'm doing it once -twice a week at the moment.
I can do this
Right now I exercise at least 4 times/ week. I want to keep it up!
I am trying to strengthen my muscles. I'm doing squats, situps, arm work, etc.
At least walking one lap around my apartment complex (1/4 mile maybe) three times a week.
