I just got pool exercise equipment and a manual so I'll make out my own routine.
this is ongoing, I am grateful that I feel the need to exercise. Wasn't so before
I will walked every single day for better health and fitness.
I currently lift weights 3 times a week but I want to add aerobics regularly 3 times per week.
I want to get into the habit of exercising on a regular basis
I feel very guilty that I have not exercised and even though I look good, I know I have to do it!
Trying to incorporate exercise into my daily routine but it's difficult. Any suggestions???
Even though I'm just starting my journey I might as well start the exercise part now!
I want to exercise 3-4 times a week to help me reach my other goals.
