How Was The Meeting?

 

Chris - We missed you...we had a few others who could not make it. We talked about being Thankful and that we should find ways to keep that feeling of Thanksgiving all year. We also skipped ahead and talked about surviving the holidays...Holiday buffet type meals, use a smaller plate, don't over lap food. Take food based on what you can eat. Using shopping as a form of excersize.

We had two new guests. Sandy had her surgery with Dr Rehke last Friday! I got an e-mail from her saying she was a little sore but doing well. our other guest was Sarah, she will be having her surgery on December 12-13 (?) She will be going out of the country for her surgery.

I have talked to two new patients this week who hope to join us in December.

Glad to hear Momma had a good time at the concert! We missed you but we know we will see you soon! Happy Turkey day!
