Surgery Date - July 27, 2009
Surgery Weight - 387 lbs
Goal Weight - 230 lbs
Weight Today - 260

Lowest I weighed was 230 pounds.  I have averaged in the 240's for a long time but bad eating habits and probably some water retention has me around 260.  It's time to get back to basics now and get back on track.
