Not good!! I've had some issues with my 87 year old father this week and I'm afraid I might have to hurt him if I quit! Just kidding! Seriously trying to get my mindset a little better before I take the leap. I know I'm using excuses right now but I need to get through a couple of things before I even try. Thank you for asking!!

Today, marks one year that I have been maintaining within a two pound range (108-110). This day, last year, my weight was 109.6 lbs. Yeah me!!!
