Great to see you, I have gained some and need to get back to it...  I usually wear dresses and they hide a lot, today I put on a pair of shorts... I am NOT happy.... oh well, I know just what to do!

Hi Cindy, great to see you back.  I too don't post very often but try to come read how everyone is doing.

February was 4 years for me.  Hard to believe.  I'm still in my maintenance weight but would like to see 5 pounds off this summer.

Im glad you're tackling those 20 pounds now. It sounds lime you're n a good place again.

Great to hear from you!  I am so proud of you.  You have done fantastic.

I am not sure how I let this happen, but I am doing something about it now...

I look forward to getting back to within the range I have been in for most of the time since my surgery!  I have felt fantastic for almost 5 years, and I want to feel that way again...

I am without scales again and so have some on order...  decided to go for it even without the scales... I know I want to lose, who cares where I start...  it does not matter anymore, all that matters is where I end up...  :)
