Great progress on your house updates. At least they will be done way before Christmas. Glad you are feeling better!

121.2 today. Still good considering my old range was 125-130 and my new range is 120-125. I got a call from a health coach today (benefit through my health insurance). We discussed weight and fitness goals moving forward. Weight goal is as stated and fitness goal is to increase my resistance training to promote lean body mass and strength!

We had a window sill that had water damage and we were concerned about how far down the water had gone. Thankfully not into the walls but the contractor made us a new window sill (out of real wood, not the warped MDF he replaced). Our realtor down here has been wonderful for these types of referrals!

Now that the window is fixed, I am able to start to get my office in order (the desk butts up to the window so I wasn?t able to get things in place). Started to patch up nail holes and will paint over the patches in the next few days.

Got our first rain (but not much) since we moved here. I guess this is the drought season! I?m not complaining about sun and high 70?s to low 80?s.

Hello Fresh tonight. Barramundi Baja Bowls. They were very good. Last night was shrimp, asparagus and peas with ravioli in a creamy sauce and tomorrow will be one of my favs, chicken Schwarma in pitas. Yum!

I love having my desk up against the window. Good that you got it fixed.

Be sure to include some weight bearing exercises too so you avoid getting swiss cheese bones like I have.

A window sill made out of MDF? That seems odd. Good that it was a fairly minor fix.
