119.8 - back down .2 even with the snacky eating. We had salsa and chips, shrimp, a hot dip with chili, cream cheese and cheese, and split a bread pudding slice four ways.

I thought Bad Bunny's show was good and it was intriguing how they set up the stage. The Seahawks dominated the game and the Patriots deserved to lose. Not Drake Maye's best performance.

Yesterday afternoon we finally went to the beach. It was south facing so the wind was at our back which made it quite warm. A lot of people came and went in sweatshirts and long pants because they probably thought it would be cold.

Today might be another beach day unless we go with our friends for a late lunch. I'd personally rather do an early dinner, but we shall see how it goes.

I miss watching the Olympics. Our friends seem to have zero interest in it. I'd like to watch a lot of events but especially figure skating, some of the skiing, and the bobsled/luge stuff. And maybe a little speed skating. Curling is just a little too slow for me. They did have a curling club in my former town on Cape Cod though and a friend of mine there used to do it.

Have a marvelous Monday!

The bars in MI with outdoor space have curling courts (?) in the winter with teams.

I was a cleaning machine yesterday! Started with rewiping my car down as taking in the sun showed me what a bad job I had done the other day. Then I vacuumed and dusted the house and wiped down the guest bathroom. It hasn't been used, so I was making sure it wasn't dusty. I supervised the robot cleaning a few windows. And the huge job of the day: I did a fridge deep clean. Everything out, all shelves and drawers out and wiped all the hidden yuck out of the crannies and washed everything. There were so many expired or "I'm never going to use this" condiments in there. I think I stop seeing them after a while. Did you know olives could grow mold?? I sure didn't. The trash can weighed a ton rolling it out today!

I just need to vacuum the family room and make their bed and that'll be it. Oh and hit the store for some basics for them I don't eat.

Anyway, hope you all have a great day!
