Support group aimed at teaching and sharing tips for healthy eating, proper portion control, and exercise.

Tips from our peers on better eating, working out.  what everyone is doing to be successful.  How everyone is dealing in their relationships? How are you dealing with friends, co-workers, -family, etc..
