i am 8 weeks post bariatric surgery - and i have not lost any weight in weeks... what am i doing wrong?

Had surg Dec 1,st i'm 3 weeks post op. - looking for new ideas as to what to eat .. also.. what are the serving sizes.. One of the nurses told me to stick to 2oz at every meal time... is this right?
