This will be a fun group filled with tons of information from shopping to grocery lists, to where to find the best places to eat out while stilling having a "life after LapBand".

This group was established to support and motivate those individuals who have had weight loss surgery already and are interested in keeping motivated with positive attitudes.  We will meet online and in person to provide support, ideas, recipes, clothing exchange, exercise, fitness tips and more!

We meet the first Wednesday of every month at the Cosmo Civic Center at 3130 Laurier Dr., in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at 6:30pm.  There is no cost to attend, and we welcome anyone who is planning on having a sleeve gastrectomy or who has already had their surgery. See you there!
