Back On Track Together


This group is especially for weight loss surgery post-ops that want to get back on track, stay on track and discuss any topics concerning weight loss surgery post-operatively. The purpose of this group is to provide support to each other, motivation, inspiration, and to share ideas and strategies for change to incorporate healthy habits into our life.

Cathy Wilson is a PCC with the International Coach Federation (the equivalent of the ASMBS in Bariatrics for the coaching profession) and also a Certified Life Coach through an accredited, recognized coach training program with the International Coach Federation, and is an instructor of bariatric coach training with Bariatric University. Cathy is on staff with ObesityHelp as the Director of Support Groups and Training, wrote and teaches the Bariatric Coaching Workshop for OH. Cathy had surgery in 2001 and lost 147 pounds along with her pre-operative co-morbidities. Cathy gained a new sense of herself and her life, and has found her passion of helping others live their best life too.

Kathy Sitter is an Obesityhelp Support Group Coach and in the process of gaining her Bariatric Coaching certification with Bariatric University. Kathy is on staff with OH in the Member Services department paying it forward daily. Kathy had RNY in 2004 and lost over 200 pounds. Kathy also had extensive reconstructive surgery as well. During her journey, she found a passion for creating wls jewelry and helping others live life as it was meant to be lived.
