Good afternoon botts:
I got on the scale this morning and I am 207! Oct. 2014 when I had my mammogram I weighed 228. 14 months to lose 21 lbs. 11/2 lbs a month. I haven't worn my black suit coat jacket since last winter. I couldn't button it last year and now it is loose. Now I have 39 lbs. to my Weigh****cher lifetime goal weight of 168 lbs. 39 lbs. is so much easier than 60 lbs. I need to keep going and be patient with myself. Have a great day everyone. Tri

I hope everyone had a merry Christmas. I am very tired this morning. Christmas is a lot of work for a church singer. I made it through with only gaining 1 lb. this morning...back to 209. My goal is to be back to 208 by Jan. 1st, but New Year's eve stands between me and my goal. I hope you all have a great day. Tri

S: sf/ff cheese cake with ambrosia salad
D: steak, 1/2 potato, broccoli with rf cheese sauce
S: salad with fat free dressing and seeds

I woke up early and went back to bed. When i woke up again I was 208 lbs. Down another pound. I ended up shopping off and on all day. Singing at church tonight. Have a great day everyone. Tri
My eating plan today is:
B: quiche I used a Santa Fe tortilla for the crust (100 calories, 8 gm. each fiber and protein and it serves 4)
S: Snapeas baked
L: chicken thigh and Progresso soup
S: broccoli with rf cheese sauce
D: grass fed beef and ff/rf cheeses and brown rice pasta lasagna
S: ambrosia salad (nsa/ff)
I hope to lose one more pound by Jan. 1st and 40 lbs. next year. That would make me happy. Good luck to us. Tri

Been much harder than I thought it would be to get the jump start I need :( I have been working so much lately and I hope that is the main reason why I keep falling. Maybe once work settles down (fingers crossed it does) then I can plan out meals better and stick to it! I HATE deciding meals!! Cooking them is hard enough after a long day, but the deciding is really my weakness. And of course-soda :( Ugh. Tomorrow is a new day and 2016 is right around the corner!! This is going to be the year of changes for the better :D Do I sound like one of those people who always say, "I'll start my diet Monday"? ![]()
