K. Nadiney, I just read your profile for the first time. Very interesting, you are quite the woman on the go. Just to encourage you to take it one meal at a time, and make your healthier food choices part of your routine. I am the worst about exercise also, but that is gonna need to change for me. I know I feel so much better when I put down the junk, and eat my fruits and veggies. The less I eat of that stuff , the less I crave it. You are really looking good woman. Take care now!
