hi my name is kim i am awaitting my chance to make an apponment with dr rosenthal i live in jacksonville fl. it is a 350 mile drive for me but he is the only dr i have found in my state that takes medicade i have to wait till sept 1 to make an appt with my pcp then i can call dr r good luck to you
