Very nice man, kind of reserved, which is fine by me, I would have been scared away if he would have been loud or overly talkative. His office staff is great, Rhonda , his manager seems a bit overworked, but she obviously loves what she does. Everyone is very honest about the procedure, it is major surgery and the risks are there. Their aftercare program is structured, but I have heard people say they have a hard time with the nutritionist. But I will wait and see what happens.
My only negative feeling is I feel Dr. Way's staff overbooks and there has always been over an hour long wait to see him."
