Hi all, I have been a member of this forum since 2006.   I almost forgot about it but was cleaning up my favorites recently and decided to keep it. 

I am looking forward to my first consultation with a surgeon on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.  I hope at that time I will find out what my insurance will cover, what my goals are and perhaps even set a date for surgery.  I am glad to finally be taking this step.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you better in the next few months or years.
