I had all my tests and bloodwork on November 4th 2004.
I had my Psychological Evaluation on November 15th 2004.
Received my approval on November 30th 2004.

>Cross my legs (done)
>Take a bath (instead of showers)(done)
>Join a gym (done)
>Climb stairs without getting tired (done)
>Walk in the mall or at Walmart w/o getting tired (done)
>Wear pants with zippers and buttons (done)
>No more high cholesterol medicine(done)
>No more Sleep Apnea (done)
>No more Diabetes (done)
>Weigh less than 300 pounds (done)
>Weigh less than 200 pounds (done)

>Not have to shop at plus size clothes stores (done)
>Enjoy having my picture taken (done)

>Weigh 185, which would put my bmi at overweight (done)

Bill and I had a baby on April 08th 2007. We have been married
13 years. We love our new baby.
