Carolyn, this scripture meant so much to me while I was researching and preparing for WLS. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (I even went to the Christian bookstore to try to buy a plaque to take to the hospital with me...I was bummed because I couldn't find one that I liked....then the night before surgery my sister-in-law came over and guess what she had for me...you guessed it...and not only was it the scripture that I wanted, but it was beautifully framed and goes perfect in my living room....and yes, I brought it to the hospital with me!!!) I pray that you will claim this promise as your own as you continue on your journey to a new healthier life. God Bless You Sweetie! Love and blessings, Sara
