Hi Willena, The pre-op class is mostly about diet and what you are going to be able to eat and why. I remember there was someone there from physical therapy going over some exercises for us to do pre-op and post op. Also, you get your surgery date at the end of the class. Hope this helps. The information is very helpful and they will give you a binder with all the stuff you will go over in the class and believe me you will find yourself reading through it especially once you have your surgery.
