This begins your new journey . One that will have you being the strong woman that you are . A journey where you will be in control and fight this disease we call Obesity . In this journey , you will regain your life , your health and life will be sweeter than you could ever have imagined . I leave you with this . Keep this simple . Make each day about YOU ! In order to be successful , you must keep your eye on the prize .. and that prize again I remind you , is YOU.. AND YOUR HEALTH . Some say this is the easy way out , to them I challenge to say walk a mile in my shoes .. be ready for bad days... and cherish the good ones . A year from now you can look back to see where you have been , but you will then be able to run towards your future .
