My surgery is getting close

It is Friday, August 29th. My pre-surgical meeting with Crystal at Dr. Loggins is on Tuesday, September 2nd and my surgery is on Monday, September 8th.
I am finding myself extremely excited to begin my new journey of a healthier me.
I began this week working with a Personal Trainer - Michelle Twitchell - at Fitness World in Lewiston. I have aches in places I did not even know I had. Working out is extremely hard right now, but I know it is going to get easier.
