Maria I will be thinking about you tomm. remember tomm. is the first day of the rest of your life I am very happy for you don;t be nervous just think about this time next month when you are down 20 or 30 lbs!or next year this time when you are at your goal! even better!

Maria, Ok - it's almost here - are you calm? LOL Just wanted to let you know that you are in my constant prayers. Hang in there and keep the faith. Maria, I have been thinking of you all weekend, but see you've only posted one panic attack. You are doing better. :o) I have my fingers crossed and have said my prayers that everything goes smooth and uneventful.
