Ever since my surgery in July, I have been battling dizziness and vision tunneling and going black when I stand up or I’ve been walking too much. Today, I felt it on the elliptical.
I have to grab onto something or my husband before I fall.

Eat suggested diet. Maintain exercise regimen. Meet protein goals. Take required vitamins. Build strong support system.
