Anyone who was referred to moncton receive a letter after they were referred to say they were on the list?

Wondering if anyone here has experience with these. If so curious how good it works, approx cost and where to get one

I was referred in march here in Moncton. But I'm hearing that's it's at least 5 years which is a complete downer because I was too stubborn to take a referral 2 years ago. I was determined to do it without surgery.  Happy with the progress I have made
